- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worse experience ever! Too long waiting times ( several hours ) very unfriendly staff ( no smile, lazy ) and totally unorganized. To transfer your DL you need to go through four counters! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate going to this place. I had to wait 3 hours just to schedule and pay for my driving test appointment. The customer service sucks. All the employees seem to have an attitude and is really angry. I feel so uncomfortable and nervous every time I have to visit this office. The agents that you take your drivers test with are angry and rude and make you fail your test. I put in a complaint and didn't hear nothing back from anyone. I feel like if you can schedule a permit test online you should be able to schedule your driving test online.
