- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I go in to pay my wife's car loan and I told the lady that my payment will be late if I don't pay it by today and she said I can't give you access to her loan with the account number. But last month i came in and gave you her name and address and paid it just fine. I'm highly upset.. there was no concern expressed by the lady behind the desk in the Hamden store. Also she gave me the blankest most dry face like if she didn't care. If you can get a loan else where please do. They have bad customer service which is bad business.By iTiZWAtiTiZ91, March 13, 2017
